Cedar's Take:
This is madness. You can't run a city, or a county like this. The Mecklenburg County DA should be removed from office.
North Carolina law allows for the removal of an elected District Attorney under specific circumstances. The process is outlined in G.S. 7A-66, which details grounds for suspension or removal, and involves a superior court judge.
Grounds for Removal:
Conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice:
Actions that damage the public's confidence in the justice system.
This freak is continually allowed to break the law in Charlotte. Remember these five cases are just the crimes he's been caught committing in the last six months.
Props to Union County for at lease getting one conviction last year for stolen goods. But all he received was community service and 18 months probation.
And in other news....
ReplyDeleteIt's going to be hot today. Remember to have plenty of hydration in your Hidey Hole!
Chip, what do you expect the justice system to do? Put him in prison to develop worse problems? Send him to the military or southern border. Think constructively about this man.
ReplyDeleteHow about we take this mexican down to the Catawba River and tell him swim back to Mexico ?
DeleteAny flights to South Sudan coming up? This is the trash that needs to be flushed.
DeleteSomeone should put him on ICE or put ICE on him?
DeleteI’ll take Put him on ICE for $100 Alex. I’ll also take will not happen for $200. I’ll take he’s days are numbered if he ventures into Union County for any period of time for $300.
DeleteThe District Attorney’s office is absolutely garbage minus maybe 10% of them. They’re afraid to take anything to trial and throw out cases without even speaking to the officer or detective in charge. It’s pathetic.
ReplyDeleteYou born yesterday?
DeleteYa ll just better be ready for black boaters weekend. Lake Norman, but many parties planned for uptown and south end. Can you say ciaa but in the summer. Ya ll have fun with that!!! google it. Bet there's no ops plan for that shit!!!
ReplyDeleteOh there is an Ops plan the same one they print out for each event, but a different cover sheet. Employee names that aren’t even with the department anymore, command center seat assignments… the works! Looks great and that’s all that matters.
DeleteWhen will rudds dumbass stop begging so hard for attention? No one, including the judge wants your fatass approaching the bench in court, the judge doesn’t think you’re cool, he’s thinks you’re a fat autistic kid he has to be nice to
ReplyDeleteWhy do so many people hate that kid lmao I’ve never had the pleasure of meeting just the stories of stupidity
DeleteThey can’t go outside the office like me. They can’t go hands on like me. They can’t testify like me.
DeleteThey not like us.
Settle down BIG boy
DeleteStop fukin with fat people and let us live.
DeleteCharlotte finally has its own Freaknik! My parents tell tales about those days in Hotlanta. We finally arrivin!
ReplyDeleteOh yea dey really be hapnin now suh! Deys gwan really tear de ole town up tonite. O lawsy yes dey will.
DeletePlease refrain from racist comments.
ReplyDeleteHey Butler,
ReplyDeleteWe just had three shootings in uptown in 3 weeks. Why you saying we have 25% reduction in violent crime since last year?
Anyone know if this Hispanic POS is subject to an ICE Detainer?
ReplyDeleteHola Gringo, comida me punta.
Delete1624, donde?
DeleteWhat happened to Fordham? Where’s her fat juicy ass been?
ReplyDeleteThis guy is an absolute gem. I bet he has all the glitz and glamour of the Nuremberg Trials. And what's the deal with Huggins & Wiggins? What type of clown show are they running down there. Wiggins & Huggins sounds like a terrible cop show on the WB. I say we buy ol' Saavedra a $100 tent and let him camp out in their backyard, perhaps let him babysit? They seem to trust this guy with the public's life, but if we let him move in with Wiggins & Huggins, they may be as outraged as the public should be. Charlotte is obviously run by absolute idiots.
ReplyDeleteAdd Fleet to that list. It’s a select few in power in Charloot that have made it such a shithole. These are the ones actively trying to destroy the place.
DeleteNo idea where any of them live, don’t care, but I guarantee you that these places are much less safe today than 30 years ago. But they don’t notice because it creeps. It’s not like one day South Blvd turned into TJ. It took a few years. Uptown had its time. Can you imagine Alice After Five now?
