ICE and CBP In Charlotte and Democrats Find Jesus (Hay-Zeus)
A funny thing happened on Tuesday November 11, 2025 at 16:30.....
Leonidas Ismael Alpirez-Ambrocio was arrested on drug and weapons charges. (CMPD Affidavit Below).
His bond was set by Mecklenburg Magistrate Stanley at just $50,000.00. Somewhat low for someone who can't prove his resident status and is arrested on 3 felonies. As they say he's a considerable flight risk.
The following morning he makes a court appearance before Judge Keith Smith and was given a court appointed attorney but his $50,000 bond requirement is left intact. An hour later he is returned to jail.
Then on Wednesday word began to circulate that Charlotte was being targeted for a direct action by ICE and Customs and Border Protection.
By Thursday both Mecklenburg County Sherriff Garry McFadden and Mayor Vi Liles had issued a statements about the "rumors" and doubling down on their non-cooperation with ICE stance.
At this point Alpirez-Ambrocio has managed to rise enough cash to spring him from the Bote aka Jail.
Then a revelation or a they say someone had a "epiphany" maybe Leonidas Ismael Alpirez-Ambrocio is an illegal alien and should be held for ICE and CBP, or perhaps CMPD and the MCSO found Jesus? Or at least "Hay Zeus".
Either way in a rare moment of clarity that someone at the MCSO decides maybe we should hold this guy.
A form AOC-CR-663 (CONDITIONS OF RELEASE FOR PERSON WHOM JUDICIAL OFFICIAL IS UNABLE TO DETERMINE TO BE LEGAL RESIDENT OR CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES) is filed.
Others then also agree maybe they should hold Alpires-Ambrocio.
At 5:08 PM Alpirez-Ambrocio posts bail with the help of friends and a bail bondsman.
Minutes later at 5:30 PM a second warrant is issued with 12 additional trafficking charges.
At 9:30 PM that warrant is served and Alpirez-Ambrocio is again processed by MCSO.
At 11:32 PM Magistrate Stokes issues another bond order this time denying bond and ordering that Alpirez-Ambrocio be held until this morning at 10:00 AM.
As of this morning Friday November 14, 2025 Alpirez-Ambrocio remains a guest at the McFadden Hilton. His status can be found here.
It seems that perhaps Alpirez-Ambrocio will be turned over to ICE in the spirt of cooperation?
A pawn offered up by Garry McFadden and Vi Lyles.
Clearly had ICE not been on the move this drug trafficking felon would already be back on the streets and perhaps making a run for the border.
CMPD Affidavit
On November 11, 2025, Detective Rodriguez, assigned to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, was continuing narcotics investigation targeting Leonidas Ismael Alpirez- Ambrocio, known individual connected to trafficking cocaine. Alpirez, born on September 14, 1994, had been under investigation for his involvement in cocaine trafficking activities in the
area. On this date, detectives observed Alpirez leaving his residence located at 4337 Dowling Drive. He entered the driver's seat of Silver Ford F150 pickup truck, bearing North Carolina license plate VHP2386. Based on the ongoing investigation, detectives decided to initiate traffic stop
and take Alpirez into custody in connection with prior cocaine trafficking offenses. At approximately 4:13 pm, the vehicle was pulled over, and Alpirez was taken into custody without incident. During the stop, officers observed Ziplock baggie, visible from outside the vehicle, near the driver's door panel. This provided the officers with probable cause to conduct search of the vehicle.
Upon further inspection, the search yielded approximately 0.6 grams of cocaine, along with several clear plastic baggies commonly used for packaging drugs, which were found near the center console. Following the vehicle search, Alpirez was asked for consent to search his residence. He provided written consent to search his home at 4337 Dowling Drive. During the search of the residence, officers recovered 483.9 grams of cocaine, along with digital scale found on the top shelf of bedroom closet.
Additionally, in the master bedroom, officers located .45- caliber handgun stolen from Winston Salem NC (Serial Number: T6368-24AB03417).
At the conclusion of the investigation, Alpirez was read his Miranda rights. After being advised of his rights, he willingly confessed to all charges, claiming ownership of all the narcotics, drug paraphernalia, and the firearm recovered during the search.

Dozens of Arrests 100 Charges Why Was Rodriguez Chambers Not In Jail?
The crime scene tape flutters in the autumn breeze at 4224 Oakwood Road.
There is a lone CMPD Ford Explorer parked in the driveway. Investigators and Crime Scene Techs have finished their efforts and all that is left are endless paperwork and searching out a suspect.
The two victims were street thugs only known to police and perhaps family. Their names already forgotten.
Rodrigues Jawon Chambers will eventually be arrested and charged in the double homicide.
His criminal record runs as far back as perhaps as his 13th birthday but that information is not public.
What is known is that on December 9, 2022 Chambers was charged with resisting arrest and carrying a concealed weapon. On November 13, 2024 Mecklenburg County Judge Karen D. McCallum accepted a plea of guilty on the concealed weapon charge and allowed the Mecklenburg Assistant District Attorney Tyler Hill to dismiss the resisting charge. Judge McCallum then issued a "prayer for judgement" and accessed Chambers only the cost of court $183.00.
Let's stop here.
This is the truth, the system is broken. After years of DEI, liberal woke mentality and endless logistical screw-ups, the criminal justice system fails to deliver justice and fails our communities.
Here's why, after the above arrest and subsequent judgment normal people would decide they would rather not go to jail again.
Sadly there is a segment of our population that just don't care. They are arrested again and again even while awaiting trial, never mind that getting arrested again is reason to have your bond revoked.
Fast forward to the following spring in 2023.
On April 1, 2023 Chambers commits an armed robbery.
On April 4, 2023 Chambers commits another armed robbery.
On April 5, 2023 Chambers commits felony larceny.
In total Chambers is charged with 54 counts that include auto theft, robbery, credit card theft and fraud.
Chambers is soon arrested and held without bond. But that bond is soon reduced.
Despite the massive amount of paperwork and evidence, on September 2, 2023 Chambers is released on a combination of secured and unsecured bonds.
(Keep in mind that the December 9, 2022 charge (above) has not yet gone to trial.)
On October 31, 2023 just 58 days after being released from jail on Chambers is arrested again charged with aiding and abetting felony larceny and conspiracy. He is held until February 2, 2024 when he is released again!
At this point he has nearly 100 charges pending.
On May 21, 2024 he's arrested on charges of Assault by Strangulation Assault on a Female, Domestic Violence and False Imprisonment.
Chambers is released 3 days later on May 23, 2024.
All of the other 48 charges in the April and May 2023 crime spree, including the domestic violence related are dismissed.
Chambers is sentenced to 24 months of probation. Not a typo probation.
On November 13, 2024 Chambers is given his Prayer for Judgment on the first charge as an adult. Basically a free pass despite being an absolute career criminal.
Chambers is now a convicted felon on probation.

On July 28, 2025 at Officers locate Chambers and transport him to the Meck County Jail.
Chambers is booked at 1445 hours
Mecklenburg Judge Magistrate F. Wilson orders Chambers held without bond.
The following morning Judge Cecilia Oseguera sets Chambers bond at $35,000 secured and appoints a public defender.
On August 10th Chambers manages to raise the $3,000.00 to pay the bondsman to secure his release. He is released at 0153.
2 Weeks Later on August 24th Chambers is arrested again:
On Sunday August 24,2025 at approximately 1131 hours, The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department conducted traffic stop on silver Ford Fusion displaying paper tag with tinted plate cover in the 1100 block of Sugar Creek Rd.
Upon approaching the vehicle Officers made contact with the defendant later identified as Rodriguez Chambers. Mr. Chambers was asked to roll his window down which he did briefly prior to rolling it back up.
Officers advised him to roll it down and informed him not to do it again. Mr. Chambers did begin to roll it up again at which point Officers asked him to step out of the vehicle.
Per United States Supreme court case Pennsylvania v Mimms, Police Officer may order person out of car during lawful traffic stop for Officer safety. Mr. Chambers refused several commands to exit the vehicle at which point Officers had to forcefully remove him from the vehicle and arrest him.
While Officers were searching Mr. Chambers during the arrest, he spit in the face of the Officer striking him in the face.
Officers then had to place Mr. Chambers in the vehicle as he continued to resist and began kicking the door of the patrol car after it was closed. Officers then had to apply rip-hobble to restrain Mr. Chambers legs. He was then transported to intake where he is being charged with RDO, and malicious conduct by prisoner.
CMPD Charging Affidavit
On November 2, 2025 at 2:24 PM, North Division Officers responded to an ADW with injury call for service. Upon arrival, officers located Prince Tribble and Caleb Johnson lying in the front yard with multiple gunshot wounds.
The victims pronounced deceased on scene.
Information from witnesses of the murder advised hearing at least two separate volleys of gunfire. Just after the individual courses of gunfire, a witness heard a male voice saying, "Are you hit?" and shortly after, a gold Buick Regal quickly drove through the yard, and sped quickly out of the neighborhood. Real time crime video shows the gold Buick Regal speeding away from the scene.
Cellphone records place Rodriguez Chambers at 4224 Oakwood Road throughout the day, up until 1.40 PM, after which the phone is cut off, and no further data is available until 4:00 PM, when he is no longer at 4224 Oakwood Road.
Evidence gathered from 4224 Oakwood Road suggests that multiple firearms had been used during the murder and numerous 9mm discharged cartridge casing were recovered. No guns remained on the scene, indication that Rodriguez Chambers and the unknown male had taken Caleb Johnson's firearm.
On October 20, 2025, a carjacking occurred at 300 North Tryon Street. Rodrigues Chambers was identified as a suspect in the case, and a 9mm discharged cartridge casing was collection. A NIBIN Lead was obtained linking his discharged cartridge casing to a discharges cartridge casing from 4224 Oakwood Road.
Due to the above information, I request a warrant be issued for Rodriguez Chambers for tow count of First-Degree Murder.
It is assumed that CMPD is still looking for the "unnamed" second person.

Rodriguez Chambers Charged In Double Homicide
Rodriguez Chambers has been charged with the murder of Caleb Johnson, 23, and Prince Tribble, 32.
Suspect Chambers has at least 18 arrests since turning 18 with nearly 100 charges all achieved over the last two years.

Cedar's Take:
CMPD and local media will discount this double homicide as not a random attack. The idea is that this sort of thing happens in a big city and that as the mayor has said before 'By and Large Charlotte is a safe city".
Yet every year there are a dozen cases where bystanders, passersby and children are injured or killed. Enough. Stop releasing violent felons back onto Charlotte's streets with minimal bail.
Plaza Midwood Murder at Pool Builders Supply - Adam Latif Mercado Charged
Three homicides across two counties in one night were linked to a convicted felon from Monroe with a lengthy criminal record.
Adam Latif Mercado, 34, was arrested in connection with the double homicide of 52-year-old Matthew Charles Moody and 49-year-old James Curtis Wallace in Monroe, as well as 68-year-old Gerald Barnes in Charlotte.
Barnes was found dead with multiple stab wound on Central Avenue in Plaza Midwood around 9 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police said.
CMPD Charging Affidavit:
On November 6, 2025, officers with the Eastway Division responded to 1124 Central Avenue in reference to Death Investigation call for service. Upon arrival officers located the victim, Gerald Thomas Barnes, inside the building suffering from multiple stab wounds Officers pronounced Barnes deceased at 2117 hours.
Video footage shows that at approximately 1400 hours a black male with his hair in twists and a goatee wearing blue shirt and orange gloves arrive at the location in brown Hyundai sedan.
The male talks to the victim and then attempts to show the victim an item in his bookbag.
As the victim looks the male stabs the victim in the neck and then demands that he surrender his car keys.
The victim surrenders his car keys stabs him several more times as the victim falls to the ground.
The male then goes through the victim's pockets and takes his wallet. Footage then shows the male drive the victim's black Honda Fit over to the Hyundai Sonata he arrived in. The male loads items into the Fit and then drives away.
Detectives sent BOLO regionally for the black Honda Fit. Officers in Anson Count occupied one time by male identified as Adam Mercado DOB 01/11/1991. Detectives were able to positively identify Mercado as the suspect in the homicide footage. Mercado is being charged with First Degree Murder and Robbery with Dangerous Weapon.
Mercado is being held at the Mecklenburg County Jail without bond.
Hours after he killed Barnes, just after midnight going into Friday, Monroe police were called to an apartment on Nelda Drive for a welfare check. There, they found Moody and Wallace had been killed.
He will be held in Charlotte on the Union County Charges for the time being.
Massive Criminal History
Mercado’s first felony conviction happened in 2009 in Cabarrus County. He was charged with common law robbery and placed on probation.
Department of Correction records showed he was charged with several other felonies over the years in Union and Mecklenburg counties. His most recent conviction was in 2024 for possession of a schedule II substance.
In 2019, he was convicted of breaking and entering into a house of worship in Union County.
Mercado in 2018 attempted to break in to a woman’s workplace after she evicted his girlfriend. By that point, police said he faced almost 50 charges within the last four years.
Cedar's Take:
Same Bat Shit Crazy Story same Bat Shit Crazy Channel
Based on court documents this MoFo was released from Union County jail on October 30, 2025 less than a week ago.
The system is broken. There is no uniform reporting of crime or arrests and sheriff department records are difunctionally inadequate.
This information should be easy access and uniform across all 100 North Carolina counties.
McFadden hides arrests, Union County outsources the data and it is never up to date. The North Carolina General Assembly needs to correct this since the courts will not protect us from violent felons at least we can have access to know who they are.

Grok on Charlotte Crime
This showed up in my "X" timeline:
@grok
Black individuals, comprising roughly 35% of Charlotte's population, account for approximately 70-80% of arrests for violent crimes (homicide, robbery, aggravated assault) per CMPD data and UCR analyses from sources like Police Scorecard and state reports. Victim demographics align, with over 90% of homicides involving Black victims and offenders, indicating intra-community patterns. Arrest stats proxy offending rates, as clearance rates are comparable across races.
So?
Grok is racist?
Systemic racism is prevalent in Charlotte?
or
"The African American Community has become a culture of violence, embracing criminality and gun play."
I know that's racist.
The idea in Charlotte is that African Americans are disproportionally subjected to arrest and that makes us look bad.
The answer is stop pulling over Black people?
To hear some people tell it:
Traffic stops are bad because they often result in arrest 3 times more often when a Black motorist is stopped than when a white motorist is stopped.
Maybe it is 3 times more likely to end in arrest because Black people are doing 3 times and crime? Nah....
Then we have Mecklenburg County Judges who rule that an expired tag is not probable cause and they toss any related charges.
The idea that arresting Black citizens makes the city look bad is crazy.
But everyone has a cellphone so when you go to cuff some kid and they resist you have to go hands on and then he starts crying for his momma. This makes CMPD look bad so just don't arrest anyone is the answer?
CP's Take:
I want to see resisting an automatic felony.
I don't care if the charge is jaywalking or littering the moment you resist it should be a felony. Every time and every one, maybe after a while of waiting for a district court judge on a Monday morning to set bail these idiots will learn that resisting is a bad idea.
I also want Felon with a Gun to be on parity with the Federal statue.
A federal sentence for a felon in possession of a firearm is up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000. However, this can be increased to a mandatory minimum of 15 years without parole under the Armed Career Criminal Act (ACCA) if the person has three or more prior convictions for violent felonies or serious drug offenses.
In North Carolina it is only a class "G" felony and the average sentence is only 11 months on a presumptive range on 8-47 months. Most get probation.
That's in end of rant. Y'all have a great weekend.
And one more thing "let's be careful out there."

Nancy Mace Meltdown
South Carolina politics has never been dull, but representative Nancy Mace is breaking new ground.
Last Thursday she became upset when Charleston Police Officers failed to meet her car at the departures curb and escort her to her gate for an early morning flight.
Politicians are given special treatment and get to bypass TSA security with a police escort. That's right AOC, Jazzy Crocket, even Zohran Mamdani get to bypass the ID check, bag scan, drug sniffing dog, stand on the yellow shoe prints and raise your arms opps come back do it again BS.
So Mace or her staff call the airport and say she'd like her usual escort to bypass TSA and go straight to the gate.
Details are provided that she'll be in a white BMW at door No.1 at 0630.
06:20 hrs – Officers arrive curbside (Terminal A, Door 1)
06:30 hrs – Scheduled curbside pickup time comes and no Mace no white BMW
06:35 hrs – Dispatch radios “Rep. Mace is running 15 min late”
06:50 hrs – Silver/gray BMW drops Mace at Door 3 (not Door 1)
At this point Mace walks straight to the TSA KCM Lane
06:59 hrs – Officers locate her inside, escort begins
Officers escort her past the TSA Agent and to her gate.
CP completely gets it my TWIC photo ID gets me past pretty much everything. But when I travel with my wife I just use my passport like common people.
Anyway Mace is upset.
The entire episode seemed to settle down over the weekend and yet on Monday there was Mace on television ranting about her personal safety.
Hours later she was still on "X" and still having a nutty that her personal police detail failed to meet her curbside at the Charleston Airport and she felt threatened and unsafe without a proper escort.
Never mind that all of maybe five people got within 20 feet of her before boarding!
Posted Mace on "X":
I am discussing ALL LEGAL OPTIONS with my very good attorneys who have a reputation for winning in court.
Just received the full video. The airport failed to provide us the footage we requested - so we got it elsewhere - like we always do.
The video of my movements and interaction or rather entire lack of interaction with officers, TSA and the airline compared to the false “incident” reports is quite frankly, SHOCKING.
There is very clearly no inappropriate behavior. There is an extremely brief moment when I am greeted by airport security and I turn to say something. Was it one second or was it two? Hard to discern.
Airport CEO Elliott Summey and ALL those involved with smearing my good name, filing false information and false incident reports should resign. Immediately! Right after they RETRACT their LIES.
To any media involved, who have yet to correct the record, you will also be on the hook.
Elliott, I am looking forward to your resignation. Tomorrow will suffice. Hope your computer is charged up. Time to start typing.
HOLD THE LINE.
So the back ground is just bizarre she thinks her life is in danger. She also considers herself a "dignitary" deserving as such things as escort and security free screening.
