This soft ass CMPD Serves mindset is going to get officers hurt and will slowly ruin this department. I’m so sick of seeing soft and gentle police officers avoid doing things the right way just so they can avoid confrontation or avoid making someone mad. If you give someone a lawful order to do or not to do something, then fucking make sure that happens and don’t give in. This “sir or ma’am please” bullshit is going to get one of us killed. Stop it! You’re the fucking police for a reason!

The CMPD leadership literally had a photo taken at the Country Club Banquet. There are guys on 3rd shift in NT that are burning out cold.
You can still get an award if you allow one of your coworkers to be nearly strangled to death and you’re too pussy to do anything.
