Life in Charlotte's Hispanic Apartments is Cheap

In Charlotte it is not uncommon for Hispanics to live 6-8 to an apartment. This living arrangement is often a power keg waiting to explode.

Just before Christmas last year an altercation turned deadly when two men Juan Carlos Hernandez-Lopez age 22 and Saul Lopez-Perez age 24 assaulted Jorge Alberto Santiz-Diaz and murdered a young Guatemalan boy named Marvin Alonzo-Alonzo age 16.

The crime scene at 1510 Kirk Farm Ln, Charlotte, NC 28213 is in the MAA Chancellor Park Apartment complex just off W. T Harris Blvd in the University City area of Charlotte.

Apartments like these have a reputation for "no questions asked" leasing. Owned by Mid America Apartments out of Germantown Tennessee they promote "surrounded by lush landscaping and well-kept grounds, that will make you feel at home with smart home technology, crown molding, beautiful kitchens, and vaulted ceilings in select homes."

Of course CMPD's Crime Mapper tells a different story.

Not surprising Hernandez-Lopez and Lopez-Perez both are in the United States unlawfully and have ICE Detainers filed against them.

Charlotte City leadership allows this insanity to exist, yet they have embraced a culture they little understand and have a difficult time even entering their names in the court documents and arrest records.

The costs beyond the life of a young boy are stunning.

Police, Fire, Medic, Investigator, CSI, Corner, Hospital ER, Distract Attorney, Court Appointed Attorneys, Trials, Appeals, Jail Costs and more. Costs that can easily reach a half of a million dollars or more.

These same apartments are a haven for illegal activity. CP was recently told of a 14 year old girl rescued from one such apartment. She begged NCHHS to let her return to "her home" with 5 unrelated men, because they would miss her and worry about her. They are not even extended family members. But lost in the United States separated from her parents she is now left to the mercy of total strangers.

This insanity is a product of liberals endless woke polices and sanctuary city madness.

The most troubling part is the local news media is complacent. This homicide saw less than 3 minutes of coverage over the holidays at WCNC.

Not once did WBTV or WSOC point out that all four men are illegally in our country.

He then changed his story multiple times about who was involved in the assault, what weapons were used, how the victim got stabbed, and who possessed the weapons.

The final story Perez told the Detectives was that the fight was over money that Guatemala owed.
