If this is legal it shouldn't be, even in a bike lane this is nuts.
You want to tow your kid down the greenway in this rickshaw setup fine. Still stupid if you ask me. But towing your kid behind your bike down a beat to hell pot hole covered busy two lane road is absolutely child abuse.

ReplyDeleteNo that is not legal. The law in North Carolina confuses some people. But "prohibited unless specifically authorized" means just that, there is no authorization for the use of bike trailers to carry children on North Carolina highways.

ReplyDeleteCedar, please do a story about the response times at CMPD. Why do we have lazy cops on 1st shift if the response times are so long? This sounds like corruption and I don’t want to be targeted by my captain.
ReplyDeleteMany officers fail to realize that they are internally flawed. They never bet on themselves so they stay as officers and end up at the LEC or airport until they retire(die).
