Mini Thug Back Behind Bars

This is 5'6" Mini Thug Camarion Jaleak Croutch he's been linked to several shootings and has a long colorful juvenile history.

Back in February before he turned 18 he was arrested and charged with:

AWDW INTENT TO KILL

DISCHARGE WEAPON OCC PROP-CONVEY

FELONY CONSPIRACY

Seems he and two others shot up a couple of homes targeting people they had a beef with firing more than 20 times at one home.

Arrest Affidavit is Below.

His bond was set at $30,000. But a month later Judge   Cecelia Oseguera agree to a "Pre-Trial Services" release (Cashless Bail) and he walked out of jail on March 28th.

Apparently he refused to honor the terms of Electronic Monitoring and an order for his arrest was issued on August 8th. 

When he was arrested on Saturday August 8th,according to CMPD he was in possession of 2 modified weapons:

A BLACK IN COLOR GLOCK 23, SER# KLD881, CONTAINING "SWITCH AUTO SEAR" THAT ATTACHES TO THE REAR OF THE FIREARM THAT BYPASSES THE

TRIGGER DISCONNECT MECHANISM, ALLOWING FOR FULL AUTOMATIC FIRE.

and

A BLACK IN COLOR OMEGA 15 ARP (ASSAULT RIFLE PISTOL), SER# A22616, THAT CONTAINS "DROP IN AUTO SEAR" THAT ENABLES FULLY AUTOMATIC

FIRE WITHOUT THE NEED TO DRILL INTO THE RECEIVER.

This perp lives in the Heathstead Apartments off of Quail Hollow Road. This POS is why my daughter can't head to SouthPark for dinner with her friends on a Saturday night.  

I'll say it again Charlotte's African American Community is a culture of violence embracing gun play and criminality. 

Mecklenburg County Judges need to stop letting this scum out of jail on cash less bond. This is not why the Pre-Trial Release program was established releasing violent felons was never part of the progtarm.

CMPD Affidavid:

On 01/04/2026 (2026-0104-2330-03) Officers responded to 3128 Bennet Neely Lane, Charlotte, NC 28269 in reference to discharging firearm into occupied residence incident. Officers met with the victim and discovered that 3128 Bennet Neely Lane had been struck 15-20 times by gunfire.

A witness observed three unidentified subjects, approach towards the residence and then run away after the shooting. The path of travel and where the casings were located identified these three as the suspects in this incident. At the location of where the suspects shot, 9mm and 10mm casings were recovered. 

During the lab processing of the casings, it was determined that two separate 9mm firearms had been used as well as 10mm firearm.

There were no suspects identified on the night of this incident.

Following this incident this Detective received an IBIS match indicating that the 10mm firearm used in the shooting at 3128 Bennet Neely Lane (2026-0104-2330-03) had been recovered in another incident On 01/15/2026 (2026-0115-1809-03) Officers stopped vehicle that fled from them and arrested three suspects from the vehicle. Three firearms were recovered from the vehicle. 10mm handgun was one of the three firearms recovered in this vehicle. The 10mm was test fired and it was determined that it was the same gun utilized in the shooting at 3128 Bennet Neely Lane (2026-0104-2339-03.

A juvenile suspect CROUTCH, CAMARION JALEAK 03/28/2008, was in the back seat of the vehicle that was eventually stopped by officers. The 10mm handgun was recovered from the back seat where CROUTCH had been sitting prior to him running from the vehicle.

Croutch was specifically tied to the possession of the 10mm and arrested for the possession of this firearm.

Crime Analysis provided associated Instagram accounts and known associates to CROUTCH, CAMARION. Croutch is associated with group of individuals called CGB or "Cartel Get Back."

There have been numerous interrelated incidents between CGB, and another group identified as BDG or "Back doe Gang."

These two groups have been involved in numerous shooting incidents where they target one another, as well as the homes of associated members of these groups.

CROUTH, CAMARION has been arrested for previous shooting incidents, and several possession of firearm charges.

As this investigation continued, another IBIS match was discovered.

On 12/26/2025 (2025-1226-0758-02) Officers responded to 10730 Dapple Grey Lane, Charlotte in reference to shooting into occupied dwelling incident. In this shooting subject by the name of Christopher Logan appears to be the intended target. 

His residence at 10730 Dapple Grey Lane Charlotte, NC 28213 was targeted. 9mm casings recovered from this shooting incident belong to one of the two 9mm handguns utilized from the shooting at 3128 Bennet Neely Lane (2026-0104-2339-03).

Christopher Logan has been documented with numerous individuals who belong to the group "BDG" known as "Backdoe Gang."

As this investigation continued, another IBIS match was discovered.

On 02/03/2026 Officers responded again to 10730 Dapple Grey Lane (2026-0203-0536-02) for another shooting into occupied dwelling

incident. 

The residence was once again targeted, this time with some rounds also inadvertently striking an unintended residence as well. During this shooting the following casings were recovered: Thirty-one 9mm, six .223 Caliber, six 5.56 caliber, six 7.62 caliber rounds and 10 Nato shell casings with no caliber were all located on scene. 

Some of the 9mm casings that were recovered on 2/3/2026 match to

the 9mm casings recovered from the 1/4/2026 incident at 3128 Bennet Neely Lane (2026-0104-2339-03). These 9mm Casings belong to the second 9mm handgun utilized in this incident.

It is possible to further extrapolate these shootings out by matching numerous other shooting incidents, as casings of different. calibers recovered from 2026-0203-0536-02 match to six other shootings incidents. Those shootings then become matched with more shootings.

For the purposes this narrative, we are focusing on the below described three incidents.

2026-0104-2339-03 has three weapons utilized (2 9mm firearms and 10mm handgun)in which three suspects shoot into the victim's home. 

On 2026-0115-1809-03 the 10mm handgun is located in the possession

of CROUTCH, CAMARION JALEAK 03/28/2008, who is associated with CGB Cartel Get Back). There are then two separate shootings directed at Christopher Logan (with ties to BDG "Back Doe Gang"), 2026-0203-0536092 and 2025-1226-0758-02. 

The 9mm casings recovered under 2026-0104-2339-03 respectively match the 9mm casings from both shootings and belong to two different 9mm handguns. 

Due to the ongoing shooting incidents, the timeline of possession of the 10mm handgun in conjunction with the recovered casings matching additional shootings it is probable to believe that CROUTCH, CAMARION JALEAK 03/28/2008, was involved in the shooting incident 2026-0104-2339-03. 

I request the following warrants: Assault Deadly Weapon Intent to Kill Discharge into Occupied Dwelling. Felony Conspiracy.
