Another Victim of Liberal Immigration Policies

CMPD - On Wednesday, Sept. 2, at approximately 8:37 p.m., officers responded to a hit and run with personal injury call for service in the 1001 block of East Woodlawn Road.

Upon arrival, officers located a pedestrian, Kyle Alan Kubiak, 34, who was pronounced deceased at the scene due to injuries sustained in the crash.

The vehicle that struck Mr. Kubiak, a black Honda, fled the scene before being involved in another crash nearby. An officer witnessed the second crash and identified the driver as Jared Isai Rodriguez, 22.

Mr. Rodriguez failed to stop and continued east on East Woodlawn Road. He then ran a red light at East Woodlawn Road and Old Pineville Road and was struck by a white Toyota Corolla.

Mr. Rodriguez was screened for impairment and determined to be impaired. Mr. Rodriguez was then transferred to the custody of the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office.

This is a statement from Kubiak’s sister:

“We want justice for him. We are hurt. He was loved by many and worked so hard to become the man he was today. Kyle was funny, outgoing, and loved golfing and spending time with his close friends. 2. They call that a “punishment shift” for a reason over there. The officer should milk that shooting into a task force job with the Feds.

    3. Stella needs to better with her PR skills. Just tell the story correctly and honestly. A black male was driving a stolen car and was pulled over by an officer. The suspect shot the officer and fled the scene towards his family’s home in Columbus Circle and neighbor Lawanna Mayfield. The officer is expected to recover from the wounds and it place on medical leave which is standard procedure during these situations.

  7. Why would you shoot at a cop for a stolen car? The teachers need to explain to these nigs that the case will get dismissed in court. No need to hurt the police! Insanity!

    1. I thought the same thing.

That poor cop was just trying to work his way out of Metro to be a detective or go federal. Now he gets shot and will have to go on disability, which they will probably fight to give him.

    2. Yeah the city keeps the Charlotte legal community going between the workers comp/disability cases and the wrongful termination suits…
