His bail was set this morning by a judge magistrate at only $10,000 and should be immediately revoked. Apparently they don't check the records to see that this clown was wanted by his PO as an absconder?

His first felony conviction came last year when he pled guilty to 2nd Degree Kidnapping and was given a suspended sentence and 36 months supervised probation last year.

Understand this is not some one off outlier this is normal for Mecklenburg County judges to give violent felons probation. Just weeks are being sentenced this POS threatened his own mother who told police the her said he was going to "shoot me in my face".

These people are violent criminals. These are not harmless junkies or petty thieves. They are thugs who are willing to kill and have the weapons and lack of self control to murder someone for as much as a perceived bad look or driving mistake. They are even ready to kill their own mother over a cold dinner or unwillingness to give them $5 with zero regret.
