Baby Killers Among Us Shi'Dae Sellers Victim was only 7 Months Old

On Thursday, Sept. 10, CMPD Crime Against Children (CAC) detectives were contacted by the Department of Social Services regarding a seven-month-old male, Julien Malik Grayson, who arrived at a hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Detectives responded to the hospital and opened an investigation. Through their work, detectives identified Shidae Monique Sellers, 28, as a suspect. Sellers was arrested and transported to the Law Enforcement Center (LEC) for an interview. At the conclusion of this interview, Sellers was transferred to the custody of the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office and charged with child abuse inflicting serious bodily injury. On Tuesday, Sept. 15, Homicide Unit detectives and Crime Scene Search (CSS) personnel responded to the scene to conduct an investigation and collect physical evidence, as the victim was not expected to survive his injuries. On Wednesday, Sept. 16, the victim was pronounced deceased at the hospital. On Thursday, Sept. 17, detectives obtained a murder warrant for Sellers. The warrant was served while she remained in custody at the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office.

Yet, according to social media reports, Sellers and the baby's momma have been best friends for years, and that Sellers is the child's godmother. Family members also may have stated that Sellers has children of her own, is a good mother

This baby killer told police her name was Shidae Brown but her most recent felony conviction was under her real name Shidae Sellers.

But her name also comes up with ten years of arrests for theft including auto as well as violence including resisting arrest.

Clearly despite what some people say she has some serious issues. She's obviously a pretty poor role model.
