The 911 caller advised that she did not think the male was alive and there was blood around the victim. Detectives obtained video from areas around the incident location. Video showed walking through nearby PVA, to the victim's room. The suspects then force their way into the room. After several seconds of being inside the room, they quickly leave. One of the suspects was seen with backpack that he did not have prior to going inside. The suspects then leave the motel area in the; same direction they came.

Multiple city-wide email were sent to all CMPD Sworn for the purpose of identifying the four suspects.

Two separate Law Enforcement Officials made contact with detectives on this case regarding the identity of Suspect #3. They both stated they believed he was B/M Ronnie Fewell (02/14/1993 as they were familiar with him.

Detectives compared multiple arrest photographs with video and photographs at ard around the time of the murder.

They determined that Fewell was indeed Suspect #3 and was one of the four people responsible for the murder of victim in this case.

Based on these facts, detectives believe there is probable cause to charge Ronnie Eugene Fewell (02/14/1993) with Felony Murder, Robbery With Dangerous Weapon, and Felony Conspiracy.

    3. 1641: Grow up. Are you bringing up one obscure thing from the past to justify the original comment about a teacher with a gun at CMS? What's next, you'll bring up Chapman to justify an armed robbery???

    5. 1602 draws parallels between two unrelated things to justify one wrong thing by relating it to another wrong thing. The kind of clown who will justify shooting a cop because 2 years ago some drug addicted fat guy died because he was laying on this stomach.

  9. That back pack must have been valuable.Suspect could have got one at Army Navy store for a reasonable price.Maybe the DA will let him plead to larceny.Course maybe he was just borrowing it.Let's give the suspect the benefit of doubt in this case.

  10. Gotta give a shout out to local media for finally interviewing actual witnesses to things and not dumb hood rat barking about "da police kill him fo' no reason, he wunt'nt even shooting at them" or family members the next day who "demand answers" about their "son" who was "a father turning his life around."
We finally have actually witnesses who say the piece of shit shot at the police and the police first.
