Kylie Nicole Mast Let's Get Ready To Rumble!

 

It seems that the BF of the rather diminutive Kylie Mast was worried he'd end up like John Bobbit at the hands and knife of former wife Lorena Bobbitt.

Perhaps being nick named "Stubby" wasn't something the perhaps now ex Lucas was interested in and so he filed a complaint against Ms. Mast for misdemeanor domestic violence and the Cornelius Police Department was happy to transport her to Garry McFadden's Mecklenburg County Hilton.

Cornelius Police Department Affidavit 

On Monday, June 4, 2024, at approximately 2305 hours. spoke with the victim, at his residence, located at in Cornelius NC, in reference to Domestic. Dispatch advised that the victim's ex-girlfriend, later identified as Kylie Mast 08/20/2002, was moving her personal belongings out of the residence and physical altercation ensued.

Upon arriving on scene, spoke with the victim, who stated that as the suspect was moving out, they got into verbal argument about their relationship status. BF stated that the suspect struck him twice on the left side of his face with an open palm. I observed visible signs of redness and bruising on his left cheek.

Upon speaking to the suspect, she stated that she pushed J and that he grabbed her arm. admitted to pushing her off of him after she had struck him in the face. There were no physical signs of injury observed on Kylie.

At this point, Kylie was placed under arrest for Misdemeanor Crime of Domestic Violence and was transported to the Mecklenburg County Jail for processing.

She has since been released but no word on court date or if the charges will be dismissed.

Cedar Update: Advice to Ms. Mast, you can do far better than a guy who calls the cops on you after all a girl who likes golf deserves a second, third, fourth and more mulligans. 

You need a good lawyer to get this case dismissed and your record cleared via court order.

Update:

Kylie was given a conditional discharge with 18 months probation. Which was canceled and the charges dismissed on August 25, 2025.

Despite the dismissal this entire case in a miscarriage of justice.

Kylie spent nearly 24 hours in the Mecklenburg County Detention Center. Her bond was set at $5,000.00. During her stay with the MCSO she was subjected to the Pre Trial Release process which after six hours gave her some hope of being released. 

Beyond the orange jump suit and other adversity Kylie was subjected to general ridicule then put into the adult supervision probation program. Forced to pay a fine and court costs.

Additionally she was required to return to court no less than 3 other occasions.

Frankly had she been black none of this would have happened. The Mecklenburg county judicial system is hopelessly broken.
