Here's where it gets crazy:
A year ago CMPD Officers were conducting a homicide investigation following a shooting in North Charlotte that left one dead at the scene and hospitalized two others, one of those hospitalized later also succumbed to his injuries.
According to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, shortly before midnight on Tuesday, October 24th, officers responded to a reported shooting on Beatties Ford Road near mile marker 37 of Interstate 85.
Upon arrival, officers identified three victims suffering from gunshot wounds. One was pronounced dead at the scene and was later identified as Jadarius Marticee McCullough (DOB: 02/16/1996).

On Thursday, October 26, 2023, the second victim in this case passed away due to his injuries. The 2nd victim has been identified as Quaveon Jeremiah Robinson (DOB: 04/26/2004).

As a result of the investigation, detectives with CMPD’s Homicide Unit identified and charged Johnson.
On Friday, October 27, 2023, CMPD’s Violent Criminal Apprehension Team (VCAT) arrested Jaylin Lamont Johnson (DOB: 03/02/2005) in Kannapolis, NC. Mr. Johnson was then transferred into the custody of the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office and charged with the following:
Murder (2 Counts)
Attempted Murder
Discharge of a Firearm within Enclosure to Incite Fear
But those charges were later dismissed. Because the Meck DA's Office felt they had a "low chance of a conviction due to lack of evidence".
Additionally, he is on a one year probation out of Iredell County on a another felony. In that case the charge was flee and elude resulting in death. Chased by Officers causing 2 fatalities after he crashed his car killing two passengers.
Local media is not telling you the full story.
Now based on local news media reports Officers in Union County seized six guns during Johnson's Tuesday arrest.
Seriously?
Johnson is now being held at the Union County Detention Center. He's expected to be in court again on Oct. 31.
Maybe we are better off if we don't bring this trash back to Mecklenburg County were local magistrates, judges and our Sheriff will just turn him loose again?
How did they let a murder case get dismissed? It goes to show you that if you don’t do your job today, you just put others in grave danger tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteWe need to get serious at let our officers use force, again. No prisoners No policy No snitching.
Wouldn't it make sense just to take him to the Tennessee state line near Asheville make him put on a FEMA hoodie and tell him to start running?
ReplyDeleteJump Out Boys!
ReplyDeleteThe DA be cutting his bros some slack…
ReplyDeleteYo is Wyatt single?? That ass is fat!!!!
ReplyDeleteBro, I want that short Hispanic one!
DeleteBro she got knocked up by her midget husband!
DeleteHe’ll end up on a shirt and no one will care. Only a matter of time. Premature good riddance.
ReplyDeleteDid the airport or SRO catch this guy?
ReplyDeleteAirport 72’d him and SRO’s papered the case.
ReplyDeleteI'd like to see him chased by a couple of quad-copter capable of stun and neutralize film it all in 3D HiDef it would be far more entertaining than just tuning the dogs and Ole Red loose on him.
ReplyDeleteJadarius Marticee and Quaveon Jeremiah with names like that they were born to end as bullet sponges. What the hell is wrong with black folk. Name your babies something respectable at least give them a chance.
ReplyDeleteYou dropped your privilege card. Black names are the future. The f you haven’t noticed, we had a Barack, and now we’re going to get a Kamala as the leader of the free world. Chad, Jason, Jennifer are so 20th century, vanilla racist names.
DeleteTheir names didn’t doom them, but being a Black male in Charlotte makes you a hunted target. Glad the DA agrees
Mommy didn't bring the coloring books and you got on the internet.
DeleteThe only people hunting black people in charlotte are other black people.
Now get off the internet before you look like an even bigger fool, fool.
This is nothing but racist shit disrespecting black kids murdered by posting their mugshots.
ReplyDeleteThey’re pieces of shit. Fuck em and fuck you
DeleteI think posting the mugshots of dead thugs does a great public service.
ReplyDeleteAnytime you can kill a tarantula head it is a good day.
ReplyDelete😂😂😂😂
DeleteI see 3 men who should be in college on scholarship playing football. We have let them down. Our system needs to be a safety net, not a place that hunts down men like this fighting for their lives. Where was the PAL and Boys Club for these proud Black men?
ReplyDeleteWho cares if they’re black. A piece of shit is a piece of shit. Charlottes better off when they kill each other off
DeleteThey were in line too but BLM beat them to
DeleteIt
13:04 I see a waste of oxygen and space.
ReplyDeleteI see a future docket that just got a little lighter.
ReplyDeleteThe DAs office is a joke and afraid to try cases
ReplyDeleteJuneteenth should be national purge day and should be a national holiday. I'd say no repercussions for killing noogies by noogies but we already have that.
